Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging with all included manuals, mounting hardware, and batteries to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
